Shipping Information
All standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as fast as possible. If your order is time sensitive please contact us so we can make arrangements to have it shipped sooner.
All Canadian orders are shipped LetterMail via Canada Post. This does not include tracking. If you would like tracking on your order, you can purchase the available upgrade at checkout.
All USA orders are shipped USPS via Chit Chats Canada. Orders are shipped Regular Mail and do not include tracking. IF you would like tracking on your order, you can purchase the available upgrade at checkout.
All other International destinations will ship via the best available postal carrier. View the available shipping methods at checkout for your Country and/or Region.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes & applicable fees.
Estimated Shipping Times
All domestic and international orders ship from our studio in Toronto, Ontario.
Please find below the estimated shipping times for your country/region. All estimates below are estimates only. Delays and/or disruptions may occur beyond our control.
- Toronto & GTA: 2-4 business days
- Canada: 2-10 business days
- United States: 4-12 business days
- All Other International: 8-22 business days
During holiday seasons, postal carriers may experience higher than normal volumes of packages, resulting in carrier delays.
If you are purchasing for a special event or specific holiday we recommend doing so as early as possible.
Shipping Address Information
We understand mistakes happen!
The buyer must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address information provided on the order. All orders are shipped to the address exactly as it is shown. If you have included incorrect information you must contact us as soon as possible.
Once shipped, the destination of the parcel cannot be changed.
If a parcel needs to be re-shipped to a different address the buyer is responsible for purchasing the item(s) + shipping.
Return Policy
We accept returns and/or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and/or the return will denied. Please contact us at hello@saucyavocado.com within 2 business days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
If your item is damaged during transit we will issue a new item. All claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item. Email us at hello@saucyavocado.com to receive information on how to proceed. Buyers cannot return items without pre-authorization.
